Cape Elizabeth 6th graders learn about local water issues

Throughout the month of March, Cape Elizabeth 6th graders learned about what makes water healthy, their local watersheds, and got to design best management practices to prevent pollutants from entering stormwater!

These lessons are funded by the Portland Water District and Town of Cape Elizabeth’s stormwater program and led by the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District.
