If so, not to worry! Saco Public Works is hosting another free Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday, July 19 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM! Check your garage, basement, shed, storage room, or anywhere else that unwanted household hazardous waste may be lurking. This is a fantastic opportunity to easily dispose of toxic items that pose a threat to our stormwater if improperly managed.

Proof of Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach, Saco, or Scarborough residency is required. See below for a comprehensive list of acceptable and unacceptable items. Please visit your municipality’s website for additional details on accepted items!
